Remember you will need a stand alone prescription drug plan to add on with your Medicare Supplement plan. Medicare Supplement Plans range from $160 - $320 monthly depending on your age, gender, and location of where you live, guaranteed issue for those who have just turned 65 and have received Medicare Part A, and Part B, regardless of health issues.
For those who have had their Medicare Part A, and Part B for many years and want to enroll into a Medicare Supplement Plan, you will need to go through 18 underwriting health questionnaires before being approved or denied. For those who have been on their employer health coverage and the plan is ending, you may be able to enroll into a Medicare Supplement Plan as a guaranteed issue.
